The first part of our stay in Phuket, began at the Paresa Resort in Kamala, Phuket. A beyond 5+ star ocean-side complex filled with it’s own set of ‘Angels’ (otherwise known as concierge that wear all white) and a view that literally left me speechless, I nearly collapsed. When we arrived at the Paresa resort we first met the general manager, Scot Toon, who warmly welcomed us to the Paresa with his team of angels who quickly and dilligently checked us in and had our bags almost magically disappear and re-appear in our room. In order to enter the Paresa grounds you are funneled into a little foyer with a gong which must be rung before opening the doors of 'heaven'..
When we got to our rooms (I can speak for all of us) we were literally ecstatic, flabbergasted and freaked out (to say the least) by how amazing this was. I mean, I have had my fair share of nice hotels. I am no professional but I'd like to think I know luxury when I see it. Not only did we have our own gorgeous private suites but as an included bonus which is actually just part of every room, we had our own private infinity pools. The perfect touch right?
After we got settled in, it was time for some action and exploration and then a nice dinner for the group with the Paresa team! We enjoyed a multi-course meal including a delicious assortment of the Paresa's finest and had great conversation about the importance of social media. We then journied into the realm of the Paresa hotel story behind it as well as all the great adventures and opportunities which awaits it's guests. The Paresa is really just one of a kind. From the ground up it really is a full boxy experience of the senses where one gets the chance to really feel, hear, smell, taste and definitely see all that Phuket has to offer.
