When Jay met Anna, it was quite the affair- There was Sander & Prada and you could smell fashion in the air.
Anna Dello Russo in Toronto at The Hudsons Bay's The Room April 20th 2011 for the "When Tommy Met Anna" event.
How can one explain meeting Anna Dello Russo? In little or no wording at all?... AMAZING.. to say the least, at least? BEDAZALLING!?... Could that work?... Just thinking about it right now has me overwhelmed, again... But anyways, so there she was at The Hudsons Bay's The Room head to toe in nothing less than what one could expect (for the time being) home-girl changed like 5 times- 3 of which I caught on film... IM IN LOVE!!! lol.. Once I got to The Room I was on a mission to find Anna, when I did, I patiently awaited my turn to greet her and it was honestly... Love at first sight lol, we looked into eachothers eyes and just fell in love hahahaha... She was so sweet and was such a pleasure to talk to! A couple wardrobe changes after the party was at its climax and everyone was having an amazing time... Then, Diego the master DJ dropped Only Girl In The World and the party officially started! I must say, Toronto really turned it out and put it on for Anna!! There were ladies shiny in sequin Balmain and a ever so electric Stacey Kimmel in that neon-highlighter orange Jil Sander Spring 2011 skirt that we were all talking about.. It was honestly one of the best parties this city has had..... p.s. do we not love this Anna Dello Russo inspired post!? haha
Since it was an Anna Dello Russo event I obviously had to brighten it up.. So I channeled my inner pylon and rocked some crazy bright orange! I wore my silk Prada button down (That anna LOVED and literally liked called out and stopped over (note photo #1 haha)) under my Navy YSL Blazer with those crazy bright orange zara trousers my Lanvin sneakers & (a first for me) my Lanvin for H&M bowtie!!!

I love Fashion moments like those. It reminds me of when I met Zac Posen at the now closed Takashimaya New York a few years back. We hit it right off the bat he even ask me to model for him this really cool umbrella he was looking at it was a classic moment so I kinda know what you mean by the (Fashion Love At first sight.

Anna dello Russo is absolutely amazing!!!! I saw her in Paris in March for the fashion week and I was blown away. Of course she changed a few times during the day :)) Great post!
